As part of our commitment to accessibility, we are continuously making changes to our site as well as devoting resources to promote compliance with applicable laws and guidelines. We have IT employees whose duties include promotion of accessibility, and we have engaged outside vendors and consultants to improve the quality and accessibility of our user experience for users of all abilities. We continue to look for ways to improve the customer experience.
We recommend using the most up-to-date version of any assistive screen reader technology as well as web browser. This will help to ensure the optimal experience free from compatibility or other issues of a technical nature. We use and recommend NVDA, an open source, free tool that leverages intuitive controls and fast, simple functionality, as well as Windows Narrator and Apple VoiceOver, tools provided in their newer operating systems.
Our team is here to support individuals with visual impairments in a variety of ways. Whether you need assistance navigating our website, have questions or feedback about features and accessibility resources, or require assistance in any way, we’re happy to help.
